By accessing or using Speakelio Plumbing School, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course for your personal or organizational learning, subject to any time limits stated at checkout. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or publicly display the content without permission.
Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location. If a course does not match its description, contact us within 14 days and before earning a certificate to request a refund.
- Do not interfere with site operation or security.
- Do not share account credentials or download content at scale.
- Do not use the site for unlawful or misleading purposes.
Courses emphasize safety and common code principles. Always verify local code requirements and use appropriate PPE. We are not responsible for compliance decisions at your job site.
All materials are owned by Speakelio Plumbing School or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Courses are provided "as is" for educational purposes. We make no guarantees of outcomes or certifications beyond what is explicitly stated. We disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent allowed, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and the platform.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations; if unresolved, they may be brought in state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
